Change Implementation Manager - Testing Manager

Role Overview:As a Change Implementation Manager at Wells Fargo, your primary responsibility will be to manage and develop a team of Systems and Senior Systems Quality Assurance Analysts in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scope of work. You will be tasked with identifying and recommending opportunities for initiatives, strategy, and sustainability of change within the organization. Your role will involve making decisions and resolving issues related to resources, strategy, and adapting change implementation to meet business objectives. Additionally, you will interpret and develop process improvements for the enhancement of the testing platform. Collaboration with peers, risk, compliance, multiple level managers, clients, and key stakeholders will be essential in this role. You will also be responsible for managing the allocation of people and financial resources for Change Implementation in the testing scope of work. Mentoring and guiding talent development of direct reports and assisting in hiring talent will also be part of your responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:- Provide direction and oversight for the execution of testing activities- Establish and/or support processes for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for Waterfall and Agile efforts- Lead Quality Center (ALM) usage, demand/capacity planning, release planning, and team member development- Oversee quality reviews of all required Enterprise Test Management (ETM) compliance artifacts- Collaborate and partner with peers for Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process improvements- Provide direction and oversight to Systems Quality Assurance Team(s) in evaluating business requirements and technical designs- Ensure thorough test strategies, test case design, test plans, and execution- Evaluate new business strategies and technologies, identifying impacts and implementing testing processes- Provide technical and business expertise for effective test executionQualifications Required:- 4 years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education- 2 years of Leadership experience- Exposure to Consumer Lending- Availability from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST (may need to work in US hours as needed)- Work from Office (currently mandated 3 full days in office)- Knowledge and exposure to Automation testingPlease note that the Job Description does not provide any additional details about the company.
