Job Description

As a Content Management professional with at least 5 years of experience in frontend and backend development within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, your role will involve full-cycle development in a fast-paced Agile environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Designing, developing, and unit testing AEM-based applications using core features like Sites, Assets, and Workflows.- Implementing and maintaining custom components, templates, and AEM workflows using HTL and Sling Models.- Integrating AEM applications with RESTful backend services and frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.- Translating HTML templates into HTL, ensuring proper component structure and reusability.- Writing and maintaining JUnit test cases with a focus on high test coverage.- Performing code check-ins, version control, and merge processes in collaborative development environments.- Troubleshooting and resolving defects, moving changes through deployment environments.- Collaborating with Technical Leads, Business Analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality results within deadlines.- Contributing to sprint goals through individual ownership and active participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.Required Skills & Experience:- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AEM frontend and backend development.- Strong proficiency in Java 8.- Expertise in HTL, Sling Models, JCR API/Sling API, custom AEM components, templates, and workflows, integration with frontend technologies, and RESTful API integrations.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project methodologies.Good to Have:- Experience using AEM as Content-as-a-Service (CaaS).- Understanding of design patterns, content caching strategies, AEM as a Cloud Service, and working with remote development teams.- Background or knowledge of retail eCommerce environments.Educational Qualification:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Our Hiring Process:- Screening (HR Round)- Technical Round 1- Technical Round 2- Final HR Round As a Content Management professional with at least 5 years of experience in frontend and backend development within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, your role will involve full-cycle development in a fast-paced Agile environment.
