Job Description

    As a Customer Service Associate, your role will involve responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels such as in person, telephone, or email. It is important to maintain an updated knowledge of the organizations products, services, and customer service policies. Documenting customer interactions, compiling necessary documents, and forwarding information to relevant parties will be part of your responsibilities. You will need to explain product or service information clearly to customers, ensure their understanding, and suggest new products or improvements based on their needs. Demonstrating the use of goods and programs to clients, participating in training opportunities, and fostering good relationships with customers are key aspects of your role.Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries- Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, and policies- Document customer interactions and forward information as needed- Explain product information clearly and suggest improvements- Demonstrate product use to clients and answer questions- Participate in training sessions and build rapport with customersQualifications:- 2 years of customer service experience preferred- Friendly and welcoming demeanor- Extensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services- Familiarity with CRM software programs- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly- Strong command of written and verbal English- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills- Ability to remain calm and polite in stressful situationsIn addition to the specific responsibilities and qualifications outlined above, as a Customer Service Associate, you will be expected to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise. This role is full-time and permanent, suitable for freshers. The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund.
