As a Conversational AI Developer, your role involves developing and implementing complex conversational flows using technologies like cloud functions, webhooks, or other appropriate tools. You will be responsible for writing clean, well-documented, and testable code while ensuring robust error handling and logging mechanisms are in place. Monitoring and analyzing agent performance to identify areas for improvement are also key aspects of your responsibilities. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions is essential. Additionally, contributing to the development of best practices and coding standards, participating in code reviews, and sharing knowledge with the team are part of your role.Your key responsibilities include:- Developing and implementing complex conversational flows- Writing clean, well-documented, and testable code- Implementing and maintaining robust error handling and logging mechanisms- Monitoring and analyzing agent performance- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers- Contributing to the development of best practices and coding standards- Participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing activities- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Dialogflow CX agent performance- Establishing best practices for testing, deployment, and monitoring of chat platform applicationsQualifications required for this role:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience- 6 to 9 years of overall software development experience- Proven experience (2 years) in developing and deploying chat solutions using Dialogflow CX- Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node- Experience with API integration (REST, SOAP)- Experience with Google Cloud Platform- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAdditional details about the company are not provided in the job description.
