    Role Overview:As a Senior Dot net Developer at Gainwell, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using C# and the .NET framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, write clean and efficient code, perform unit testing, optimize application performance, and stay updated with industry trends. Your responsibilities also include participating in code reviews and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:- Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using C# and the .NET framework- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create seamless solutions- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code- Performing unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure application quality and reliability- Optimizing application performance and scalability- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices- Participating in code reviews and contributing to a culture of continuous improvementQualifications Required:- 9 or more years of technical experience in product design and support, with health and human services experience preferred- Knowledge of technology architecture, cloud technologies, software as a service, and product development life cycle- Strong skills in relational databases, event subscription-based communication, and software development- Willingness to lead, mentor junior colleagues, and take ownership of assigned work- Ability to anticipate problems, resolve ambiguous issues, and take decisive action- Strong hands-on experience in C#, .Net Core, MVC, Web API, SQL, LINQ, JavaScript/jQuery, and Entity Framework- Overall work experience of 9 years and above with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experienceAdditional Company Details:This role is strictly involved in the development of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application development and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.If you are interested in this role, it offers a Remote Opportunity with no travel required.
