Job Description

    Role Overview:As a top-notch HR Business Partner (HRBP) at PayPal, you will be supporting the Chennai office, working with employees across various business functions such as Analytics, Product Management, Tech/Engineering, and Customer Service Operations. Your main responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact in the Chennai office for employee relations matters, performance management, and conflict resolution. You will build strong relationships with managers, employees, and site leaders while collaborating with the global HR team.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters in the Chennai office, including handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and fairness.- Conduct thorough investigations into escalated complaints or concerns raised by employees, ensuring timely and effective resolution.- Collaborate with leadership and the HR team to develop and implement strategies and programs aimed at improving employee satisfaction and engagement.- Assist in developing and delivering HR training programs on various topics such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and employee rights.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends, making recommendations for continuous improvement to HR policies and procedures.Qualifications Required:- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.- Strong experience in managing and resolving employee relations matters.- Experience in coaching and training managers on best practices.- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regional HR best practices.- Experience working in a large complex, matrixed organization.- Ability to engage and interact with different stakeholders across all levels in the organization.- Experience working in a global environment.Note: Omitting additional details of the company as it is not directly related to the job role described in the job description.
