Job Description

    You have an Excellent Opportunity as an EV 2Wheeler Sales Executive with our client, an Indian multinational ride-sharing company expanding into various business verticals including financial services and cloud kitchens.As an EV 2Wheeler Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include: Maintaining a presentable appearance and attitude. Generating prospects from showroom walk-ins and telephone inquiries. Recording inquiries in the system with complete customer details. Demonstrating the scooters to potential customers. Conducting test rides and successfully converting them into final sales. Addressing customer queries regarding scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, finance options, etc. Closing sales and ensuring timely follow-up.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role will include: Percentage of Test Ride (TR) completion from scheduled TRs. Percentage of sales conversion from completed test rides. Adherence to processes without any deviations. Providing exceptional customer experience with no negative feedback. Customer Experience (CX) rating.To be successful in this role, you will need: Sales expertise in automobile industry, preferably from 2W or 4W dealership or retail. Minimum qualification of 12th standard along with diploma/graduation (ITI not required). Good communication skills. Knowledge of 2-wheeler driving (Driving License not mandatory).In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 2.4 to 2.76 ctc with PF, ESIC, and variable components, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization with a diverse range of business interests.
