Job Description

    In this role, you will be responsible for hands-on repair and installation of a complete range of multifunction devices and software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:- Installation and maintenance of multifunctional devices and software solutions.- Understanding the IT setup of the customer site, supporting in the POC, and providing demos.- Timely installation of new products and training administrators.- Resolving customer complaints by utilizing specialized training and technical support.- Coordinating with HO/Central warehouse/Sales/Service team for spare parts.- Ensuring quality of calls, achieving expected productivity, and meeting Turn-Around-Time (TAT) targets.- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients to improve customer retention and satisfaction.- Assessing needs, probing, and enhancing contract penetration with customers.- Monitoring and improving print volumes in the assigned territory.- Identifying sales opportunities and participating in account management reviews with clients.No additional details of the company were mentioned in the job description provided by you.
