Job Description

    You will be working as a Process Associate in the Health care Voice department at HCL Tech located in Sholinganallur, Chennai. Your main responsibilities will include:Responding promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Accurately entering, updating, and managing data across multiple systems and databases. Troubleshooting customer problems, providing actionable solutions, and escalating complex issues to senior support teams when necessary.As for the required skills, you must have: Strong written communication skills, particularly for email and chat support. Should be a fresher from the batch of 2024 or 2025.Qualification Required: Bachelors degree in any discipline is preferred (Arts & Science).
