Role Overview:You are applying for the position of Sr. .Net Developer at BNP Paribas India Solutions, located in Chennai. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for handling the development and maintenance of IBS applications from Chennai, Paris, and Lisbon. You will work on various flagship and technical migration projects, ensuring the development of clean, scalable code using .Net Technologies.Key Responsibilities:- Gather requirements from the business team and provide solutions- Independently handle projects, lead the team, and act as a technical owner/leader of applications- Develop web-based applications using Ext JS, C#, ASP.NET, Ajax, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, and Angular- Write clean, scalable code and perform unit tests- Test and deploy applications- Recommend technical feasibilities and solutions- Have extensive programming experience with various technologies like Ext JS, C#, ASP.NET, etc.- Strong understanding of .Net framework, SQL Server, object-oriented principles, and code versioning tools- Design databases, create stored procedures, functions, views, indexes, and assist team members on .Net technologiesQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree or equivalent education level- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Senior Developer- Proficient in code versioning tools like GIT, SVN- Ability to design databases, knowledge in RDBMS, and expertise in performance tuning- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to collaborate, deliver results, problem solve, and share knowledgeNote: This role requires a candidate with hands-on experience as a Senior Developer, proficient in .Net technologies, and capable of leading technical projects effectively.
