Job Description

    You are invited to the HCL Walk-In Drive for Multiple Roles across Banking & Mortgage Domains on 20th and 21st June, 2025, at HCL Technologies, Chennai. The available roles include Mortgage Underwriting, Mortgage Examination, and Cards Chargeback.Key Responsibilities:- Mortgage Underwriting: - Demonstrate strong customer-centric communication skills and the ability to work with the 4 Cs. - Conduct end-to-end underwriting in Australian, USA, or UK mortgage domains.- Mortgage Examination: - Utilize your 2 years of experience in Australian/US mortgage operations. - Possess in-depth knowledge of mortgage applications, borrower profiles, and income calculations. - Review collateral and loan documentation effectively.- Cards Chargeback: - Conduct thorough investigations into chargeback disputes by reviewing transaction history, notes, and other relevant data. - Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, policies, and procedures related to credit cards and dispute resolution.Qualifications Required:- For Mortgage Underwriting and Mortgage Examination roles: - Minimum 2 years of experience in the respective fields. - Familiarity with the mortgage industry practices and regulations. - For Cards Chargeback role: - Experience ranging from 1 to 7 years in a similar capacity. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
