Role Overview:As an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Analyst, your role will involve analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining OC HCM Tools-Reports to support business decision-making, utilizing OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula for efficient data processing, and implementing OC HCM Fun-Core HR functionalities to ensure smooth HR operations. Additionally, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud HCM applications, conduct system audits for data integrity, and work with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of HCM solutions.
