HR/payroll Product Managers

Job Description

As a Product Manager at Worklio, you will have the opportunity to drive the success of our product portfolio, with a primary focus on Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Financial Technology solutions tailored to the U.S. You will be responsible for leading product discovery, analysis, and requirement gathering across various features in the Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Fintech domains. Your key responsibilities will include:- Creating and maintaining product specifications, wireframes using Figma, user stories, and detailed documentation- Managing the full development lifecycle from idea conception through release and support- Overseeing development work in Microsoft DevOps (VSTS) and tracking progress in MS Project- Delivering internal training sessions, stakeholder presentations, and demo videos- Supporting product releases and coordinating night shift support when necessary- Prioritizing and managing the product backlog using FeatureBase and agile best practices- Staying updated on U.S. regulatory changes, industry trends, and market needs in Payroll and FintechQualifications Required:- 3 years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment- Experience in Payroll and Compliance Systems, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and Fintech (e.g., payments, tax processing, financial integrations)- Proficiency in using Figma, Azure DevOps, and agile project management tools- Knowledge of S. regulatory standards for payroll, HR, or financial data- Technical skills in Back-End technologies like C#, REST APIs, .NET 6 and Front-End technologies like Vue.js- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (VSTS), Git, Visual Studio 2022, Azure Portal, Office 365, Figma, MS Project, and FeatureBaseAdditionally, Worklio offers competitive salary and performance-based bonuses, professional development opportunities, structured onboarding, cross-training, and global collaboration.
