Job Description

    As a member of the ATM implementation team at FIS, you will play a crucial role in implementing new ATMs and updating configuration changes for US Banks and credit unions. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal teams for changes related to ATM loads, Telecom, and image file creations, as well as providing on-call support for troubleshooting ATMs.Key Responsibilities:- Develop an understanding of client products and services through information gathering sessions to determine how FIS systems must be established to meet client needs.- Gather forms and data files from customers and assess requirements for software utilization.- Discuss any software customization requirements with the programming team.- Create data maps and transaction workflow documents to show how information will be converted.- Test customized software against customer-specific needs and share reports and application-specific data with customers.Qualifications Required:- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in support roles related to ATM Switch/ Base24/ Tandem/ Any switches.- Good experience in implementation and configuration.- Willingness to work as an Individual Contributor.- Ability to work on regular night shifts.Joining FIS will offer you:- An exciting opportunity to be a part of the worlds leading FinTech product MNC.- Involvement in a vibrant team and the chance to build a career in the core banking/payments domain.- A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities.- Various professional education and personal development possibilities, making FIS your final career step.
