Job Description

    As a Designer Associate in the Retailing department, your role will involve leading and managing a team to drive targets for product categories, ensuring team training and readiness, and adhering to consultation metrics. You will be based out of unit office/DM office/RM office.**Key Responsibilities:**- Maintain a healthy relationship between team members and the Company.- Support and sustain a positive work environment that enhances team performance.- Identify resource requirements and assign responsibilities to the team, ensuring effective coordination.- Impart training to new team members and retrain older CCs, monitor performance, and compare it to the monthly objectives.- Formulate plans and solutions to achieve agreed volume and profit objectives.- Possess complete knowledge of painting and dcor.- Utilize various tools and technologies to assist customers in selecting products and designs for their home dcor makeover.- Willingness to travel as and when required.**Qualifications Required:**- Education: Secondary (10th Pass)- Experience: Minimum 1 year in interior design- Willingness to travel: 75%If interested, please send your resume to hidden_email/hidden_mobile.Please note that this is a full-time position with the requirement to work in person.
