Job Description

    You will be part of the International Voice Process team at Movate (formerly known as CSS Corp), a global customer experience and technology consulting services provider. Your role will involve the following responsibilities:- Reviewing recent orders for accuracy and completeness- Processing current orders on a web-based system- Clarifying customer inquiries- Maintaining high service levels and accuracy- Placing orders with partners on a web-based system, monitoring order status, and taking necessary actions- Ensuring high accuracy across all activities- Meeting customer requirements in a timely manner and maintaining accurate recordsQualifications required for this role include:- Any DegreeRequirements for the position:- Minimum 6 months of call center experience- Minimum 12 months of customer service experience- Excellent overall tenure in job history- B2 English level- Typing speed of 30 Words per minute- Basic Computer Knowledge- Retail Experience is a bonusMovate is a digital transformation partner for clients worldwide, offering premium service offerings and differentiated value propositions to solve critical business problems proactively.
