Job Description

    **Job Description**As an International Non-Voice (Chat Support - Freshers) at Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, you will be responsible for providing chat support to international clients. Your main responsibilities will include:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through chat support- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses- Following communication guidelines and maintaining a professional attitude at all timesTo excel in this role, you need to meet the following eligibility criteria:- Any fresher can apply- Any graduates can apply- Good communication skills, fluent in English- Immediate joiners preferredIn terms of language requirements, proficiency in English communication is essential. The salary offered for this position is 14,000 Take Home / 17,000 CTC. The work schedule includes 5 days of work with 2 rotational week-offs. Please note that the job may require working in 24/7 shifts, including night shifts, with 8 hours of work and 1 hour break (9 hours shift).
