Job Description

    As an IT Analyst at the World Bank Group, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the organizations mission of ending extreme poverty and promoting sustainable development. By working with public and private sector partners, the organization invests in innovative projects and utilizes data, research, and technology to address global challenges effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with finance clients to implement IT solutions and maintain modern cloud-based web applications- Act as a Scrum Master, working in Agile teams to implement IT solutions and ensure adherence to Agile practices- Facilitate collaboration within the team, resolve conflicts, and liaise with onsite and offshore teams- Support business applications systems landscape, enterprise initiatives, and capital project implementations using an Agile approach- Facilitate sprint planning and provide operational support for production systems- Involved in user training, requirements analysis, documentation, test plan development, and post-implementation reviewsQualifications Required:- Masters degree with 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelors Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs)- Experience in working with geographically distributed teams, agile methodologies, and industry-standard processes for systems design and development- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience with SAFe Methodology, SAFe Scrum Master certification, Devsecops, Finops practice, Microsoft Azure certifications, and knowledge of SAFe principles and ceremonies will be advantageousJoining the World Bank Group offers comprehensive benefits, including retirement plans, medical insurance, paid leave, and accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
