Job Description

    As a Technical Product Support Engineer at Temenos, you will be part of the Product Analysis and Customer Support (PACS) team responsible for providing technical support for Temenos Suite of products, including Quantum & Infinity. Your role involves understanding the specific product applications, providing technical support for Mobile Applications built using Kony Fabric and Kony Mobile application development platform, and collaborating with various teams to resolve customer issues and escalations.Key Responsibilities:- Understand the working of the specific product application(s) through training programs- Provide technical support for Mobile Applications and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams- Analyze and validate information provided in tickets and document defects comprehensively- Educate clients on handling scenarios and meeting requirements- Act as a technical reference point during software implementation/upgrades- Develop/enhance tools to reduce analysis time and improve customer experience- Perform onsite analysis of tickets at client places during milestone periodsQualifications Required:- BE/BTech with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in software development and support- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with programming & debugging expertise- Experience in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, J2EE, JSP, RDBMS, and Webservers- Mobile or Web development background is preferred- Experience in native mobile OS like iOS, Android, or Windows is a plus- Prior experience in Product/Application support is beneficial- Ability to deliver 24 X 7 support to global customer baseAbout Temenos:Temenos is a global leader in banking technology, serving over 3000 clients in 150 countries.
