Job Description

You are being hired as an IT Recruiter (Junior and Mid level) to contribute to shaping, building, and scaling the organization. The position is based in India with the option to work remotely.**Responsibilities:**- Manage and drive the full recruitment process for Malaysia and APAC region, starting from initial outreach to making job offers.- Develop a pipeline of top talent by researching and sourcing candidates.- Enhance candidate experience by engaging with candidates throughout the interview process.- Collaborate with hiring and talent teams to create and implement sourcing strategies.- Create effective interview plans to assist hiring managers in decision-making.- Oversee the offer process in collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams.**Qualifications:**- Minimum of 2 years of full life-cycle IT recruiting experience.- Ability to assess technical and non-technical aptitude effectively.- Experience in sourcing technical and non-technical candidates through various channels such as social media, targeted sourcing campaigns, and networking events.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Previous experience in a global hiring environment, particularly in the APAC region.- Demonstrated experience in bringing in and developing client relationships.**Requirements:**- Any Degree.- Willingness to be flexible with working hours, as this role may require availability beyond traditional 9 am to 5 pm hours.- Proficient English communication skills.- Ability to work well in a team and meet targets.In addition to the base salary, you will also be entitled to a good commission package and outstanding performance rewards, including foreign trips and cash-out schemes.
