Lead Software Engineer - Salesforce Developer

You will be part of the Gartner Business and Technology Insights team, playing a key role in modernizing Gartners CRM technology. Your responsibilities will include:- Designing, implementing, unit, integration testing, and supporting Salesforce applications and services- Contributing to the review and analysis of business requirements- Collaborating on architecture and technical design discussions- Performing and participating in code reviews, peer inspections, and technical design/specifications- Documenting and reviewing detailed designQualifications required for this role:- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field- 6-8 years experience in software development with Salesforce Force.com platform/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud implementations- Minimum of 6 years of experience in UI development using Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce- Experience in developing applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, controllers, triggers, Flows, etc.- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, SOSL and SOQL, Batch & Asynchronous processes, Platform Events, Change data capture, etc.- Strong team player with critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and communication skills- Ability to produce design applications that work with governor limits and scale appropriately.
