As a passionate individual with expertise in cutting-edge technology and GenAI algorithms, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data and analytic solutions to solve challenging business problems. You will primarily work as an Individual Contributor, excelling in cracking complex problems and witnessing their deployment in the market to generate value for Guardian. Collaboration with a diverse team, including data engineers, business analysts, software developers, and business leaders, will be a key aspect of your role.**Key Responsibilities:**- Managing data science teams and collaborating with business leaders- Hands-on experience in ML modeling and development- Creating GenAI and Agentic AI applications- Utilizing engineering components essential in a Gen AI application such as Vector DB, caching layer, chunking, and embedding- Applying various machine learning techniques and understanding their advantages and drawbacks- Designing and executing experiments effectively- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Langchain, LangGraph, etc.- Strong background in algorithms and a variety of ML models- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and other teams- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to data scientists- Monitoring and tracking performance for enterprise success**Qualifications Required:**- PhD with 6 years of experience, Masters degree with 8 years of experience, or Bachelors degree with 10 years of experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field- Experience in ML modeling/development for 7 years- Knowledge of GenAI and Agentic AI applications- Familiarity with a range of machine learning techniques- Demonstrated leadership skills in providing technical guidance and mentoring- Strong management skills for monitoring and tracking performanceLocation: This position can be based in Chennai or Gurgaon.
