Job Description

As an experienced and detail-oriented Manager - Accounts, your role will involve overseeing financial operations, managing a team of accountants, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Your responsibilities will include:- Overseeing the preparation and management of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.- Managing budgeting processes and conducting variance analysis to control financial performance.- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.- Supervising the accounts payable and receivable teams to ensure efficient processing of invoices and collections.- Monitoring cash flow and working closely with the finance team to optimize working capital.- Coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.- Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.- Ensuring timely preparation and submission of all tax returns and compliance with relevant tax regulations.- Conducting financial analysis, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.- Leading, mentoring, and developing the accounts team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.- Liaising with various departments to provide financial insights and support business objectives.- Developing, implementing, and maintaining accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.- Leveraging accounting software and technology to streamline processes and improve reporting capabilities. You will need to have 9 to 10 years of experience and possess mandatory skills such as Payroll, End to End Accounting, Monthly Closing, TDS/TCS compliance, Finance And Accounts.
