Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be joining Tigers growing Banking Financial Services vertical as a self-motivated AI/ML/Data Science and consulting professional with domain expertise in the Banking and Financial Services space and strong technical skills. Your challenging role will be in the Marketing and Customer Analytics area. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, measuring, and recommending Marketing analytics solutions and Campaign performance measurement plans for various clients. Additionally, you will have managerial responsibilities such as setting and reviewing tasks, performing QC, and supervising, mentoring, and coaching analysts in the team. As part of the larger Financial Services practice, you will tackle a broad range of business-critical problems across various work streams. You will engage with clients and client partners to understand their business context and collaborate with a team of data scientists and engineers. The work location is in Chennai with a 5-day work from the office schedule. The required experience for this role is 2 to 8 years.Key Responsibilities:- Drive data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, improve customer targeting, and enhance campaign performance.- Analyze large datasets, track key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to drive Marketing decisions that support business growth, customer engagement, and overall marketing for the Banks Retail and Commercial products.- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to assist in setting the marketing analytics roadmap and present the analytical insights.Qualifications Required:- Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Statistics/Mathematics, or Marketing.- Post Graduate finance, economics, or accounting qualifications, Marketing requirement.- Experience in the Banking sector (Retail or Commercial banking) and banking products.- Background in Marketing analytics to drive marketing decisions for the bank.- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.- Strong experience with Excel reporting and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).- Experience in leading teams and direct client stakeholder management.Additional Details:Not specified in the provided job description.
