Job Description

Role Overview:You will be part of the Digital Hardware team, responsible for the design and implementation of digital hardware components while ensuring low cost, high yield, and high reliability. Your work will involve the design of high-density boards with various components and connections, requiring expertise in both digital and analogue design.Key Responsibilities:- Design new project schemes, conduct structural design and mold reviews, and review project requirements- Develop mechanical designs for plastic parts, sheet metal parts, heatsinks, die-casting parts, and perform tolerance analysis- Prepare related documents, drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and base boards- Optimize existing product designs and address mechanical issues during the product development cycle- Implement new technologies to improve production quality, capacity, and efficiencyQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree with at least 8 years or Masters degree with more than 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering or a related field- Proficiency in tools such as Creo, Ansys, AutoCAD, and CorelDRAW- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Plastic, Die-casting, or Sheet Metal design with a solid understanding of tooling design- Experience in mechanical design of CPE/ONT/Wi-Fi router products- Knowledge of safety regulations such as UL62368 for material and mechanical design constraints- Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and teamwork spirit- Passion for learning new technologies, self-motivation, ability to work independently, and effective communication skills- Proficiency in English as the primary working language; knowledge of Mandarin is a plusPlease note the additional details of the company are not provided in the job description.
