As a Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing Analyst 2 at Citi, your role will involve assessing outcomes from activities and processes to ensure conformance with applicable requirements and strengthen the risk management control environment. Your responsibilities will include:- Executing Monitoring and Testing of controls- Performing control design assessments- Assessing design of monitoring & testing tools- Monitoring and testing tool design assessment- Evaluating the effectiveness of key controls designed to address defined risksIn this role, you are expected to have a good understanding of the Citi Risk & control framework, support in performing monitoring reviews, participate in strategic initiatives for control performance enhancement, and identify risks across the business to organize cross-functional solutions.
