Network Project Manager

Job Description

As a Network and Security Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for driving full observability and Monitoring process response to ensure customer uptime of 99.999%. Your role will involve collaborating with network operations and engineering teams, OEMs, and developers to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions through automation. You will also design and implement security architectures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities. Additionally, you will be involved in End-to-end Network & Security projects implementation and supporting technical Incident Management Calls and Change Controls.Your responsibilities will include:- Collaborating with network teams to optimize infrastructure for application performance and scalability- Implementing security policies, standards, and procedures- Participating in security compliance audits and problem investigations- Supporting team members in achieving technical network excellence- Leveraging network management tools for incident response- Ensuring timely proactive identification of security gaps and vulnerabilities- Supporting service management for Network Services and focusing on customer value optimization- Implementing best practices for Network & Security Operations servicesQualifications:- In-depth knowledge of Palo Alto Prisma Access, Cisco Umbrella, IPS, and ZTNA- Advanced understanding of F5 Load Balancers- Proficiency in routing and switching protocols, wireless technology, data center operations, WAN/SD-WAN/SDN, and network monitoring tools- Experience with Cisco firewalls, Viavi Observer, and Wireshark- Familiarity with end-user security strategies and wireless security- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field- Experience leading enhancement projects for on-premises proxies and Cloud Proxy migration efforts- Ability to troubleshoot network environments and deploy updates- Proficiency in F5 Load Balancer VIPs, SSL Offloading, and iRules development- Strong experience in network troubleshooting and networking services- Highly collaborative with influence and engineering experience in Cisco IOS-based firewalls/VPNs- Minimum 6 years of network security engineering experience in medium to large-scale enterprises and a total of 12 years of enterprise IT experience As a Network and Security Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for driving full observability and Monitoring process response to ensure customer uptime of 99.999%.
