PMO Lead

Job Description

As a PMO Lead at JLL, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing the Project Management Office to ensure consistent and efficient project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:- Establishing PMO processes, governance, and reporting standards.- Managing the project portfolio by prioritizing, resource planning, and tracking performance.- Monitoring project risks, issues, and progress to recommend corrective actions.- Driving process improvements and supporting capability-building across teams.- Providing regular dashboards and updates to stakeholders and leadership.- Coordinating with the Strategy Team to align projects with organizational objectives.To excel in this role, you should have:- 810 years of project management experience, including PMO or complex project leadership.- Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and tools such as MS Project, Jira, etc.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is preferred.- Ability to work on-site, 6 days a week.Join us at JLL and be part of a dynamic, high-impact function that supports strategic transformation and real estate excellence.
