Job Description

    Role Overview:The GRM - Pricing Analyst plays a crucial role in Pricing & Re-pricing parts to drive FCSD business growth. You will need to utilize your strong finance domain knowledge, processes, and vision to ensure that the teams activities align with the desired goals. Collaborating with the Pricing Manager, Finance Team, and PCM Team, you will be the primary decision-maker for all program issues related to NA & FVA projects. Your willingness to learn new systems, support UAT, and assist in launching Pricing Systems will be essential. Additionally, your excellent analytical skills will be key in developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.Key Responsibilities:- Perform new parts pricing and repricing within the specified timeframe, ensuring necessary checks are conducted before price changes take effect in the system.- Ensure adherence to audits and compliance standards such as MCRP, DRIM, AFR, ACR, etc.- Manage pricing through GPPT, identifying pain points between GPPT and downstream systems (PANDA/CBS/SAP, etc.), and collaborating with IT and business teams to resolve issues related to cost, part availability, competitive data, MLI, etc.- Support ad-hoc management studies and requests, including publishing price files to dealers and distributors accurately and on time.- Assist in FVA pricing cadence and system implementation by supporting UAT and working closely with OM, IT, and operations teams.- Resolve COPIS tickets and CBS pricing rejects promptly, while also enhancing efficiency in manual processes like MLI reallocation, price harmonization, and competitive data capture.- Participate in pricing analysis, standardization initiatives, and process improvements, addressing challenges with cross-functional teams and developing new ideas.- Track cost increases across markets to assess freight risk and proactively flag any deviations from targets.- Establish a strong connection with the market and stakeholders, contributing to team decisions and sustaining current processes while seeking opportunities for improvement through automation.- Support new enhancements in GPPT, participate in UAT, and provide feedback to enhance controls and backups, promoting official and personal wellbeing by fostering a collaborative environment.Qualifications:- Graduate in Engineering, CA, ICWA, MBA-Finance.- Minimum of 5 years of experience with a strong understanding of parts pricing, transfer pricing, finance domain, and service parts business.- Candidates with GSR 6 and GSR 7 qualifications are encouraged to apply.
