As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Optum, you will have the responsibility of managing the product roadmap for your assigned capability and team. This includes ensuring that product delivery meets customer expectations, actively managing backlog refinement, grooming, and prioritization. You will be creating and maintaining feature and user story development, and ensuring that product releases meet the expected outcomes. You will also be managing the evaluation of product requirements, specifications, and the ranking of features in order of importance. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will define product roadmaps, contributing market and technical insights throughout the process. It is essential to ensure that user stories are directly tied to OKRs, manage prioritization, drive budget at the scrum team level, and translate customer insights into actionable tasks. Excellent communication skills are required to drive discussions. Your ultimate goal will be to achieve customer delight and a higher Net Promoter Score (NPS).
