Product Manager - SaaS Platform

Job Description

Role Overview:You are a dynamic Product Manager joining the Technology Standardization team in the Product Management organization. Your primary responsibility is to drive the development and evolution of critical platform services that ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. You will lead initiatives focused on modernizing cloud-based services and work closely with engineering, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to facilitate smooth transitions while maintaining reliability, security, and performance. Your role also involves defining and rolling out robust platform capabilities to enhance application reliability, governance, and feature management at scale. You will operate in an environment with a focus on enabling more efficient and effective solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Define and execute the product strategy in alignment with team goals.- Drive self-service capabilities to minimize developer friction.- Enhance core platform services such as secrets management, configuration management, and controlled feature rollouts for improved security, scalability, and governance.- Strengthen collaborations with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to ensure smooth evolution and integration of platform capabilities.- Lead enablement initiatives to optimize cloud migration efforts from ECS to EKS, laying the groundwork for automation.- Define and refine key platform and migration metrics to optimize reliability, performance, and scalability.- Advocate for interoperability across configuration management, policy enforcement, access control, and developer experience in distributed and hybrid environments.- Contribute to the product vision, develop business cases, ensure products meet business requirements, and drive creation and delivery.- Define epics and user stories articulating business requirements with a focus on outcomes and end-user value.- Drive ongoing backlog allocations and prioritize opportunities.Qualifications Required:- 4-6 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a Product Management role.- Experience collaborating with stakeholders in dynamic, cross-functional environments.- Understanding of product management best practices, including agile development.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage on technical details.- Exposure to cloud-native environments, containerization technologies (ECS, EKS, Kubernetes), and automation tools.- Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in cloud infrastructure for healthcare and AI-driven automation is a plus.
