Job Description

    As an Assistant Program Manager at Caterpillar Inc., you will play a vital role in assisting the Program Manager with managing more complex projects within a corporate program. Your work will contribute to the progress and success of the organization by tracking progress, developing solutions, and monitoring the scheduling, budget, and performance of company programs. Your responsibilities will include:- Tracking progress according to program schedules and goals- Developing solutions to program problems- Participating in the preparations of proposals, plans, and program specifications- Developing project scope documents, project timetables, and other documents for Project ManagersTo qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent in marketing, business, finance, information systems, engineering, or relevant experience, along with around 10 years of industry experience.
