Job Description

    As a PMO - Project Coordinator at CGI, founded in 1976, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of the WMIS PMOs strategy, responsibilities, services, and deliverables. Your key responsibilities will include:- Supporting budget activities such as follow-up and coordination to ensure 100% allocation capacity management- Assisting Domain & Division head in PMO activities, budget forecast, and yearly exercises- Coordinating with various stakeholders for data gathering, preparing base data structures for dashboard updates, ensuring accuracy, and attention to detail for management presentations- Generating regular status reports, various reports, dashboards, and analysis to meet management needs- Working with Division Heads and Project Managers to oversee project costs and ensure proper financial management- Mentoring and training new or experienced project managers on WMIS project governances, project status reporting structure, risk and issue updating, project budgeting, and project cardsThe ideal candidate for this role should have:- 6 to 10 years of experience as a PMO or PM in the banking industry, with Agile Methodologies experience as an advantage- Experience in project and team budgeting process, resource/capacity planning- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory- Familiarity with Project Management tools such as Clarity, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint- Skills in data management (BI), VBA-Macros, or intermediate level in Power BI would be advantageous- Experience in data acquisition and transformation, data modeling and enhancement for analysis, and data visualization skills for creating dashboards- Ability to deliver high-quality reporting within a short timeframe- Strong synthesis and coordination skills with a focus on communication to management and stakeholdersAt CGI, we are committed to providing equal opportunities and accommodations for people with disabilities in accordance with provincial legislation.
