Job Description

    As a Project Manager at FIS, you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing project initiation activities, ensuring alignment of internal technology projects to operational standards, and developing project plans, scopes, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. You will be working in the 2 PM to 11 PM IST shift.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery- Manage project initiation activities, including identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, and necessary contacts- Ensure requirements for internal technology projects align with operational standards- Develop and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverablesQualifications Required:- 7 to 12 years of experience in Project Management with PMP certification- Experience in various types of IT project methodologies and life cycles- Knowledge of standards relevant to the software industry, such as ISO, CMM, Six Sigma- Experience in the financial services industry and familiarity with the companys products and services- Advanced skill in project management software like MS Project and auxiliary toolsAdditional Details:- Experience in ServiceNow and ITIL will be considered an added advantageJoining FIS will offer you an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Worlds Leading FinTech Product MNC, work in a vibrant team, build a career in the core banking/payments domain, and access a broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities.
