Job Description

    As a Project Manager at our company, you will be leading and overseeing initiatives related to rebranding and design platform projects for power transformers. Your role will involve planning, executing, and delivering complex projects that align with strategic objectives and drive value for the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage multiple technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and monitor project progress against these plans.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.- Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders, providing regular updates.- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures.- Facilitate project meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in project management and engineering platforms.- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Qualification Required:- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the engineering industry.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in project management tools and software.- Experience with transformer industry and design tools would be an added advantage.- Certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.Please note that the company values safety and integrity, encouraging individuals to take responsibility for their actions while caring for colleagues and the business.If you are an individual with a disability requiring accessibility assistance during the job application process, you may request reasonable accommodations by completing a general inquiry form on our website.
