Project Program Management Specialist

Job Description

As a Project Manager specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), your responsibilities will include:- Defining and updating project management processes, standards, and governance- Tracking and reporting the status of deliverables and milestones- Supporting the adoption of RPA project life cycle day to day- Monitoring risk management- Coordinating the regular RPA project and program level reporting cycles- Coordinating project governance and post-project reviews- Contributing to quality reviews and coordinating activities in support of quality objectives- Ensuring RPA project plans and project documentation are up-to-date- Contributing to the delivery of RPaaS solution development on time- Adhering to corporate policies and procedures, including the code of conduct, audit procedures, and responsibility for financial dataRequired skills for this role:- Excellent communication skills- At least 3 years of recent experience in RPA/Software Development Program Management- Ability to work flexible shift hours, including night shifts- Ability to interface and work with analysts and managers- Ability to work as part of a team and drive towards common goals- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance- Experience in program coordination/administration- Experience in managing small projects or exposure to the end-to-end RPA project lifecycle- Experience working within a structured RPA project management framework- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques- Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel- Understanding of the importance of detail and organization- Skill in managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and assertiveness- Strong prioritization skills to balance key priorities- A strong customer-centric approach- Courageous, decisive, and focused on delivering results- Trustworthy and demonstrates integrity in all circumstancesPlease note that the above job description does not include any additional details about the company.
