Role Overview:As a Program Lead Analytics Consulting (Pharma), your role will involve working on cutting-edge applications of AI to address complex business challenges and deliver substantial business value to clients within the Pharma domain. You will collaborate closely with a team of consultants, data scientists, and data engineers to lead projects aimed at designing and implementing impactful solutions, driving adoption, and showcasing the value generated. Your typical workday may encompass the following tasks:- Participating in client workshops to identify high-impact problems solvable through AI-based solutions- Translating ambiguous business problems into clear analytic problem statements- Designing and executing plans for developing and deploying advanced analytics solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts in Data Science & Engineering- Taking ownership of plan execution through the demonstration of techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management skills- Measuring and communicating how analytic outcomes enhance clients business and financial metrics- Playing a multifaceted role involving hands-on contributions, customer interaction, and team leadership- Contributing to organizational growth by providing training, mentorship, and fostering repeatable analytic approaches.Responsibilities:- Utilize your expertise in the Pharma Industry, Life Sciences, or US healthcare to leverage AI for solving complex business challenges and delivering significant value to Pharma clients.- Apply domain knowledge to build machine learning and statistical models for Life Sciences scenarios, such as disease or treatment outcome prediction.- Develop a deep understanding of Real-World Data (e.g., patient claims data, EMR, consumer data) and their applications in pharmaceutical and healthcare research.- Familiarity with various retrospective Real-World Data (RWD) databases like Truven, Optum, Symphony, etc.- Proficiency in bio-statistical techniques like Survival analysis.- Demonstrate at least 6 years of relevant experience in delivering advanced analytics solutions.Qualifications Required:- Talent with Pharma domain knowledge and experience in Analytics, R&D, or Clinical development.- Minimum of 6 years of experience in advanced analytics delivery.- Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and bio-statistical techniques.- Experience in working with Real-World Data (RWD) databases.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.- Capability to lead project teams, drive adoption, and articulate business value effectively.
