Job Description

    You will be part of a US-based IT Consulting and Staffing firm headquartered in Chicago, catering to top clients in industries like Retail/E-commerce, Banking, Financial, Healthcare, Airlines, etc.**Key Responsibilities:**- Engage in various recruiting activities such as networking events, posting ads, searching job boards, and internet forums.- Collaborate with client contacts to understand hiring needs and strategic hiring plans.- Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with clients, candidates, and teammates.**Qualification Required:**- Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate/ 10th/12th pass, preferably in IT or Computer Science.- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.- Positive attitude and a team player.- Experience in speaking with professionals across the USA will be beneficial.- Knowledge of MS Office will be a plus.You will receive on-the-job training and support, excellent incentives regularly, fixed weekends off, and opportunities for career growth to become a Team Lead. Additionally, you will gain exposure to multiple industries and the latest IT trends.The salary offered is up to 5L pa with additional incentives. There are 5 positions available for this role.
