Job Description

    As a Materials Research Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing new products based on business needs. Your expertise in Insulation materials and product development will be essential as you collaborate with process teams and travel frequently within India. Your responsibilities will include:- Designing and developing new products- Studying existing designs and developing new concepts- Improving product design for enhanced performance- Understanding product applications and customer needs- Collaborating with process teams for production optimization- Utilizing statistical methods for process data analysis- Troubleshooting product-related issues and implementing solutions- Scaling up new products and processes in plants- Ensuring global adherence to safety communication and protocols- Fostering collaboration within R&D and process teams- Demonstrating adaptability to new challenges and environments- Spending significant time at manufacturing plants for process implementationQualifications:- PhD / ME MTECH in Material Science with Mechanical background- 5-8 years of experience in product development- Strong understanding of product design methodology- Proficiency in statistical analysis and problem-solving- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Willingness to travel frequently and spend time at plant locationsPreferred Skills:- Experience in Insulation materials, especially Mineral Wools- Familiarity with NPD methodology- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively As a Materials Research Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing new products based on business needs.
