Job Description

    As the SaaS Business Office Senior Manager, Operations at Temenos, your role is crucial as the main contact point between the SaaS Centralized Operations team in India and the SaaS Business Office. Your responsibilities include working closely with Operations management and operational teams to support the business and ensure efficient management of Governance processes. You will be the voice of the Centralized Operations, providing feedback and data-driven insights to enhance the quality, effectiveness, and automation of governance processes. Additionally, you will act as the point of contact for other teams such as internal audit, external audit, risk management, legal, finance, etc., whenever they require support from the SaaS Business Office.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain regular contacts with the SaaS Operations department to manage BAU activities like Governance processes, Cost Optimization, Capacity Management, and KPI tracking- Be the primary contact for the Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit Regional teams, and oversee the process of obtaining answers to risk/audit requests through contacts with relevant stakeholders in SaaS- Lead the rollout of Temenos-wide and SaaS initiatives for your Region and take the global lead on at least one of those initiatives- Collaborate with other SaaS PMO teams such as FinOps, Cost Sizing, Reporting & AI to ensure regional requirements are considered and leverage the latest developments from these teams- Ensure all processes are data-driven and automated using modern data management, AI, and reporting tools- Establish and manage a Document library to maintain a single view of all documents for your RegionQualifications Required:- More than 5 years of experience in Governance for a SaaS company or department- Proven track record in managing governance and PMO processes in a financial software company, with experience in SaaS being advantageous- Ability to develop and implement PMO processes and policies, direct project management staff, and collaborate with other department leaders- Proficiency in ITIL, Agile (Ideally Agile Release Train), and OKR- Proficiency in MS Data Fabric, at least Power BI, is a strong advantage- Excellent communication skills at all levels, fostering strong connections with senior stakeholders and ensuring understanding and adherence to governance processes by all related teams- Enthusiasm to acquire domain knowledge- Education - Bachelors degree, Masters, or postgraduate degrees, preferably an MBAAs part of the Temenos team, you will embody our values:- Care: We care and listen to each other, our clients, partners, and the communities we serve- Commit: We commit with determination and persistence to make things happen- Collaborate: We collaborate within Temenos and across a wider partner ecosystem- Challenge: We challenge the status quo, strive to look at things differently, and drive changeSome of the benefits of working at Temenos include:- Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month- Family care: 4 weeks of paid family care leave- Recharge days: 4 days per year to use when you need to physically or mentally recharge- Study leave: 2 weeks of paid leave each year for study or personal developmentPlease ensure to read our Recruitment Privacy Policy.
