Job Description

As a Salesforce Developer at Mid & Senior levels, you will be responsible for designing and providing architecture diagrams for applications, implementing best practices, conducting code reviews, and supporting team members to ensure successful task delivery. You will also participate in requirement elicitation sessions and analyze technical requirements to provide effort estimations.Your skill-set should include developing and customizing solutions using Salesforce Lightning, Metadata, and Declarative Tools, implementing API integrations, ensuring compliance with Salesforce architecture and best practices, working with CI/CD tools, and utilizing Salesforce IDEs for development and debugging. You should apply object-oriented programming and software design principles to create scalable solutions.To qualify for this role, you must have an active Salesforce System Administrator Certification, a strong understanding of SaaS architecture, CI/CD processes, and Agile development, and experience with Salesforce sharing, security, and governance models. Additionally, you should possess excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.With at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, focusing on coding and configuration, and a proven track record of leading projects and mentoring team members, you will be expected to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, conduct code reviews, collaborate with stakeholders, and present solutions to Architecture Review Boards.Your qualifications should include a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, along with 4.5 to 9 years of hands-on experience specifically in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud testing.
