Senior Associate - MO - Trade Processing

Job Description

You will be joining BNP Paribas India Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of BNP Paribas SA, the European Unions leading bank with a global presence. The delivery centers in Bengaluru, Chennai, and Mumbai operate round the clock to provide services in Corporate and Institutional Banking, Investment Solutions, and Retail Banking for BNP Paribas worldwide. As part of a team of over 10,000 employees, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and growth, delivering top-notch solutions and support.**Role Overview:**- Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience in Investment Banking required- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with 100% accuracy in Trade booking, Matching, Settlements, and reconciliation- Manage priorities during workloads, complete tasks within agreed SLAs, respond to queries promptly- Acquire strong knowledge of the process flow and contribute to achieving team goals- Liaise effectively with IT and application support teams for issue resolution- Contribute at least 2 process improvements- Report and escalate operational incidents, follow audit guidelines strictly- Willingness to work in shifts supporting global business hours**Key Responsibilities:**- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time- Respond to Settlement-related mails promptly- Complete all assigned activities before deadlines- Proactively resolve queries and escalate issues to the supervisor- Deliver all reports accurately and timely with adequate comments**Qualification Required:**- Graduates / Post Graduates (B.Com/MBA)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and strong MS Excel skills- Thorough understanding of Capital markets, Financial Instruments, Investment banking processes- Ability to collaborate, attention to detail, and analytical skills- Must be willing to work in any shift supporting Asia/Americas/European business hoursAt BNP Paribas, diversity and inclusion are deeply valued, and equal employment opportunities are promoted for all employees.
