As a Senior Business Product Consultant at our company, your role will involve collaborating with healthcare clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities. You will conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environments affecting healthcare products and services. Your responsibilities will also include developing strategic recommendations and actionable insights to optimize business performance and achieve organizational goals. Additionally, you will lead product development initiatives from ideation to commercialization, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities- Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environments- Develop strategic recommendations and actionable insights- Lead product development initiatives from ideation to commercialization- Provide guidance on pricing strategies, market entry tactics, and growth opportunities- Act as a subject matter expert in healthcare industry trends- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meetings- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as product management, marketing, and sales- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practicesQualifications Required:- Proven experience (8 years) as a consultant in the healthcare industry- Deep understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and compliance standards- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, cooperative environment and manage multiple priorities- Experience working with healthcare technology solutionsIn addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this role, our company focuses primarily on the Healthcare and Payer domains, with secondary expertise in Provider, Clinical, and Claims. Preferred qualifications for this position include certification in Healthcare Management or relevant skilled certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma.Please note that this position is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and requires 9 years of experience.
