Role Overview:As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Lennox, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of web applications, mobile applications, and e-commerce platforms. Your responsibilities will include analyzing user stories, writing test plans, performing various types of testing, communicating with developers and business owners, and maintaining automation test scripts. Your dedication to identifying defects, managing risks, and ensuring products meet customer expectations will be essential for the success of our projects.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze user stories to gather comprehensive and unambiguous requirements- Manage defects by investigating, reporting, and tracking them to resolution- Communicate effectively with developers and project managers to address issues- Write detailed test plans with accurate time estimates for completion- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing- Collaborate with business owners to develop and implement relevant test plans- Execute automation suite and analyze results for quality assurance- Maintain automation test scripts based on changes in the applications- Estimate the testing process accurately to meet project deadlines- Identify and manage risks proactively to ensure smooth project delivery- Ensure that products meet and exceed customer expectationsQualifications:- 3 to 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance of web applications, mobile applications, and e-commerce platforms testing- Preferably 3 years of experience testing across various e-commerce domains with technologies like SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)- Proficiency in exploratory testing of web-based applications and understanding of application architecture- Expertise in Backoffice, Smart edit, and HAC tools- Proficient in web service testing and mandatory API testing- Advanced knowledge of testing principles, concepts, and techniques- Hands-on experience in maintaining manual and automation test suites- Familiarity with agile software testing methodologies- Experience in working with continuous integration and continuous delivery environments- Knowledge of automated testing tools, especially Selenium WebDriver, is a plus- Ability to multitask, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively- Strong team player with the capability to collaborate with minimal supervision.
