Role Overview:You will be responsible for delivering complete solutions across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), providing guidance to junior engineers, advising management on project-level issues, and making technical decisions based on best practices.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver complete solutions throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) based on senior roles definitions- Advise management on project-level issues- Guide junior engineers- Make technical decisions independently using internal conventions and industry best practices- Apply technical best practices in decision-makingQualifications Required:- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field- 5 years of Full Stack development experience- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue)- Experience in building large-scale applications- Exposure to SQL and NoSQL technologies- Strong understanding of relational databases, including data architecture and SQL/PL-SQL development skills- Strong experience with microservices architecture- Experience applying software design patterns, data structures, and algorithmsAdditional Company Details:The company believes in conducting business guided by core values of Inclusion, Innovation, Collaboration, and Wellness.
