Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in understanding the overall UX design process, business stakeholder vision, and software development principles in both CX and EX contexts. Your responsibilities will include:- Mature problem framing and requirements gathering methodologies to contribute effectively to these activities, including conducting and delegating subtasks to others.- Proficiently conduct Discovery and data synthesis to identify critical user insights and develop hypotheses for designing effective experiences.- Perform experience audits and usability analysis such as immersive studies and heuristic assessments.- Design low to high fidelity UI designs and prototypes for various platforms including web applications, mobile devices, and other form factors to ensure a top-notch digital experience.- Collaborate with visual designers to craft proof of concepts in mixed-fidelity designs.- Create research artifacts like analysis summaries and ideation strategies for workshops as directed, and actively participate when necessary.- Contribute to experience strategy development as required.- Assist in conducting usability testing and other exploratory user research methods as directed.- Ability to design for modern emerging experiences including Generative AI and immersive design is considered a plus.Qualifications required for this role:- 3 to 9 years of relevant experience in UX design.- Full-time three or four years Degree. (B. Design or M. Design will be an added advantage).- Experience in designing for modern emerging experiences will be a bonus.Please note that the job location is Gurgaon and the mode of work is from the office for 3-5 days a week.
