As a Service Delivery Ops Team Lead at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of payment operations in a competitive banking environment. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations such as International Payments and Cheque Operations, ensuring efficient and customer-centric services. You will be responsible for delivering time-sensitive electronic payments, reviewing payment investigations, reconciliations, Chargebacks, ATM, ACH credits & Debits, and manual wire transfers.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage International Payments and Cheque Operations to ensure efficient services- Review electronic payments, payment investigations, reconciliations, Chargebacks, ATM, ACH credits & Debits, and manual wire transfers- Demonstrate expertise in international payment and clearing processes, ACH reconciliations, and Payment systems- Drive the team to provide high-quality work within stringent timelines- Allocate tasks, reconcile accounts, and generate daily and monthly reports- Address people disputes, act as a business advisor, and oversee short-term projects- Identify trends, draw conclusions, and provide insightful recommendations for process improvements- Communicate significant production updates and challenges to management effectively- Manage team members, lead resolution of disputes, and ensure control efficacy to minimize risks- Demonstrate strong governance on cost metrics and business development techniques- Create roadmap for team members based on performance and stage them for promotionQualifications Required:- Graduation in any field- 7 to 11 years of experience in electronic payments, payment investigations, and reconciliations with team handling experience- Preferably Commerce Graduate- Experience in Automation identification and process reengineering- Strong governance on cost metrics and revenue generation- Proactive approach with attention to detail in analyzing and managing risk parameters- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilitiesAbout Accenture:Accenture is a global professional services company known for its leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
