Role Overview:You will be joining Toyota Connected, a company focused on transforming the automotive industry and positively impacting others on a global scale. Your contributions will help reimagine what mobility can be today and in the future.Key Responsibilities:- Possess 5 years of experience as a developer in C/C programming language- Demonstrate strong experience in the full engineering lifecycle of embedded applications in Linux- Excel in creating unit tests, performing code reviews, optimizing performance, and ensuring standards for maintainability- Proficient in RPC using gRPC, Capn proto- Understand non-functional aspects such as performance, security, reliability- Have experience working with CI/CD pipelines- Willing to dive into existing codebases to learn and adapt to the environment- Possess debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills- Collaborate with the team, leadership, and product owners to build solutions- Able to manage ambiguity and comfortable working with minimal direction- Receptive to feedback and open to revising plans when appropriate- Experienced in working in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment- Possess a natural ability to make things work and come up with creative solutionsQualifications Required:- Experience in automotive navigation/infotainment system development (Nice to have)- Experience in production with public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Equivalent (Nice to have)- Experience in microservices development in golang/rust/java (Nice to have)- Experience with containerization- Strong written and verbal communication skills Role Overview:You will be joining Toyota Connected, a company focused on transforming the automotive industry and positively impacting others on a global scale.
