The team spirit is strong, fostering a culture of collaboration, mutual support, and shared ambition where diverse minds come together to shape the future.Role Overview:- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Financial Data & Analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.- Act as the primary liaison between the delivery team and the German core team, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and quality standards.- Define and execute the data strategy in alignment with broader financial and IT governance objectives.Qualification Required:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.- Minimum 7 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.Key Responsibilities:- Architect and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines using Kubeflow, Python, and Snowflake, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.- Oversee the integration of TM1/Cognos data into relational databases, enabling seamless access and analysis.- Govern end-to-end data architecture with a focus on data quality, security, compliance, and lifecycle management.- Translate complex financial and operational datasets into actionable insights through advanced Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows.- Drive AI/ML readiness by implementing robust data models and feature engineering pipelines.- Ensure comprehensive documentation and version control using GitLab, promoting transparency, reproducibility, and maintainability across projects.Additional Company Details:- Working Conditions: Standard Indian business hours, on-site work only, may require occasional work outside standard hours.- Performance Metrics: Success measured by response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.- Benefits: Annual Leave of 42 days off apart from Public/National Holidays, Medical Insurance coverage for Self Spouse 2 children with an option to opt for Voluntary Parental Insurance (Parents/Parent-in-laws) at a nominal premium covering pre-existing diseases.
