As a Senior Manager Product Management at Fidelity Center for Applied Technologies (FCAT), you will contribute to building innovative solutions in the financial services domain to enhance value for end customers. Additionally, you will play a key role in defining requirements, informing product strategy, and fostering cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.**Key Responsibilities:**- Expertise in financial services domain, including Capital Markets, Asset Management, Brokerage Functions, and Trading- Proficiency in business analysis, data analysis, requirement gathering, and use case development- Ability to translate business vision into defined and prioritized stories for the team backlog- Collaborating with business stakeholders and the tech team to manage new feature implementation- Active participation in defining requirements, writing stories, and informing product strategy- Experience with Agile backlog management tools such as Jira- Broad business knowledge of Fidelitys diverse offerings across Personal Investing, Workplace Services, and Fidelity Institutional- Complete end-to-end analysis related to a feature and insights into financial products- Positive relationship, communications, and presentation skills**Qualifications Required:**- 9 years of experience in a relevant field- MBA is preferred but not mandatory- Ability to synthesize requirements and business needs into full Agile narratives- Strong affinity for business analysis, secondary research, and operational improvement work- Motivated individual with the ability to think, work, multi-task, influence, act independently, and maintain a positive attitudeYour work as a Senior Manager Product Management at FCAT will have a significant impact on Fidelitys mission to provide financial expertise that helps people live the lives they want.
